Deleting and recreating X box account to take advantage of UGP £1 deal

Just wondering could I delete my account, create a new one with a different email address etc and take advantage of the £1 UGP? I know I'll lose any achievements, but not worried about that, it's just fluff really. Is it easy to do, and if so the easiest way? Thanks.
