I need some help deleting cookies....

Basically, Im trying to order something from Next & the promo box isnt there for free delivery code so, as usual, I went to tools, internet options & then deleted all cookies - Ive tried this several times & it isnt working! This is what I used to do on the old laptop - had XP.
Now weve got a PC with Vista (premium) & it hasnt rectified the problem...also, Ive tried doing the search bit to just delete Next files but there is nothing - NOTHING - in temp internet files??!! Where are all the docs??

Somebody please help me!! lol

ETA: I think Im not searching properly, not sure though!!!! How do I search on Vista?

You sure it's a cookie problem? Could be an IE7 on Vista vs IE6 on XP issue. Try installing ]Firefox or ]Safari see if that's any better.

Isn't the BT toolbar the same thing as the ]Yahoo toolbar? That does have a Firefox version: ]https//ad…032.

Either way, you should check out the Firefox extensions. There are some pretty cool things in there that will make you forget all about the BT toolbar . Also if you go to File > Import in the Firefox menu you can import all your IE bookmarks (actually, it should have asked you if you'd like to do that when you installed it).

It's faster, more secure, easier to customise through extensions, themes etc., much more compliant to web standards (Microsoft seem to make up their own), the list goes on. Long story short Firefox is preferred over IE by technical computery types i.e. the people who really know their stuff prefer Firefox to IE. Have a quick flick around here: ]https//ad…ox/ to see all the cool stuff you can do with it.
