Delivery charge refund from Barratts

    Hi, was just wondering if anyone can tell me where I stand on an order I made from Barratts. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid a delivery charge of £3.50 when i received the order there was only one pair and they are faulty. I noticed on the returns note they won't refund delivery, but I think this is unfair as they only sent me half my order and the shoes I got are faulty. Does anyone know if I can argue to get a full refund?

    I wouldn't have bothered ordering one pair of shoes as the delivery charge was almost as much as each pair!


    I would definitely argue that one for the delivery charge back as they haven't fulfilled their order correctly. Send them an email and keep the copy so you've got proof that it was sent and don't give up.

    ring head office - shame them - i would ask for more than postage - being let down - having to search for alternative - go for it:thumbsup:
