    DELL

    Ordered a TV from them on 6th July, kept receiving emails informing me that my order was delayed. Last delivery date I was told was 29th July. Rang to cancel order and was told I could not cancel the order but could refuse the delivery when it arrived!! Checked with Consumer Direct and was told that you can cancel an order from the time the order is made up to 7 days after the day of delivery. Rang back, spoke to a manager, informed him of this fact and funnily enough (after he asked me if I was prepared to wait another week!!) he agreed to cancel the order.

    I WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITH A BARGE POLE AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM EITHER

    Dell are notoriously slow with delivery times. Just how theyve always been.

    I having loads of problem with Dell.
    Used to recommend them.
    Now wouldn't, there service has gone down the tubes.
    They seem to only care about money and take short cuts.
    ie had NBD warrante forced me to have bring in repair.
    Bring in repair took 4 weeks and sent back faulty, now forcing me to take bring in again.
    I wrote them a letter (3 pages) they send me back a standard one and didn't address any of my problems

    never had much trouble with dell
    and their pc's are fine

    but i would never buy one of their tv's, stick to samsung
