They honoured the price mismatch last year for the Dell Mini 9 delivered for £99. Frustrating and understandable as it is.....I support any consumer group relating to Dells mispricing, however for a company that has circa $60b turnover...I doubt very much they care.......all efforts should be focused on the Trading Standards and appropriate authorities rather than Dell. Good luck though

i dont know if what the op is saying is viable, but rep for making an effort!

i should imagine that HUKD as a collective consumer group could be pretty effective even if you can only muster together a small percentage of thesoon to be 200,000 members not to mention the thousands of other lurkers yet to of joined the site

good luck:)

ban all their deals from being posted if you can convince admin to go for it and forgo any future commisions/affilate revenue

we all must show the consumer power to Dell .
so that they can't just cancel the order for mis-pricing item with just a email and cover their problem.
misleading price could cause trouble to other consumer as well

Yes, they can. $30,000 dollars is small change to Dell. In fact, they would view that as a cheap price for the "free publicity" they got from it around the world.

While I admire your enthusiasm. I see it differently.

i agree. sick of their crap service. where can i sign up?

free publicity with the world no1 most misleading pricing company.
i wonder how % of they sales will drop with this so call free publicity.

anyone here can build a website for this problem so everyone can sign up and show the rejection on people to them?

we should also boycott DELL for this as well

Ive just read the email, that is pretty **** poor by Dell, i actually thought they were a decent company.

Wasnt this being promoted as deal of the day??

from the email show that there are incorrect pricing.

Dear Dell Customer,

Thank you for your recent order placed Sept 6th (GB0xxxxxxxxx).

Due to a system error which led to incorrect product pricing appearing for a short period, we are unable to process your order for the Backpack, Mouse and Memory Key bundle and have therefore cancelled your order.

To place a new order, please go to www.dell.co.uk

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Regards,

Dell

yeh but it wasnt, it was an offer they offered, it was part of the 14 days of deals, every day a few things had some big reductions in price, it was shown on days before real release of offer

Even I hve received same crap message. How does one believe they do not have a system error now? Is there no consumer forum where we can complaint ?:x
