Dell MSA20 Monitor Arm VS Ergotron LX Single Monitor Arm

Hopeing if anyone can give some guidance for the below.

I am confused which one is better and sturdy monitor arm between the below two.I am planning to mount U3219Q dell monitor which is around 6KG and want a branded monitor arm.
