I've got a laptop in the basket ready to go - but have just got one question, do Dell allow returns on Outlet stuff without quibles (or will I have to quote DSR)?

You should be fine. I never had any problems.

Never had any trouble returning items to Dell either although normally I'm buying something else with them.

Have I purchased a kraut?

Certainly sounds like it although not come across that before?

Phew, did a bit of googling and it turns out they do some jiggery pokery and update the service tag before they send it out (forum.notebookreview.com/sho…761).
I was bracing myself for having a go at the legendary Dell CS in the morning

I got the M1330 last month and it was a German return according to the service tag, arrived with everything in English (keyboard, etc.). I doubt you'll regret buying it as I love mine!
