Dell Replacements

    How does one get a product you've bought from Dell replaced due to fault? I bought some PC speakers as part of a Vostro 400 PC in May and the speakers have broke. How do I get them replaced? I tried e-mailing Dell using the appropriate web forum but they didn't bother getting back to me, despite the form saying they try to within 24 hours..


    I haven't had this exact situation before, but I've found in the few cases that I've needed to contact Dell that the Live Chat works pretty well, assuming that you don't want to just phone them.
