Did anyone else take advantage of the Dell A350 D-SLR deal posted on here about 5weeks ago? Dell accepted my order and took payment about 3 weeks later. I just logged on to see why my camera has taken so long to arrive to find that they had canceled my order! No e-mail, no refund and NO camera. How can they do this? The thing that really annoys me is that I waited over 4 weeks for delivery and I could have bought it elsewhere and got it earlier. I now have to wait for a refund before I can place my order with someone else. Very poor customer service on Dell's part I would say.

Just follow all the links they gave you on the confirmation e-mail they sent you, hopes this sorts it out quickly. :thumbsup:

Thanks. Followed the link which took me to the order canceled page. Clicked on contact us link but they are only open monday to friday, so sent an email instead. Let them know I am not happy. Just wait now I suppose.

Contacted DELL and all I got back was this:

Thank you for contacting Dell Online Customer Services.

We are sorry that we couldn't process your order and it was cancelled as the item is no longer available with the suppliers.

Our records indicate that you have not been charged for the order(order no:24*****) and the authorization code for the payment would automatically expire wihin the next 4-5 business days.
