Dells awful customer service
So I recently purchased a computer from dell. Ordered it 8 weeks ago and it finally arrived today. However the monitor was missing!!! So rang dell customer service and was put through to 9 different people and was on hold for 38 minutes at one stage! When i was finally put through to the right department was told "we forgot to post it. Monitor will be with you in 28-30 working days". Not even a simple apology! Im not really an angry guy but this cheesed me off. Didnt complain or anything because im not really argumentative. Wanted to know what other people would have said/ done if they were in my shoes.
