DFS

Hi,

I stupidly bought a sofa from DFS and at the time was told by salesperson it could be broken down to get in our property. It has now been attempted but cannot fit or be broken down and know I will have a struggle getting my money back. Any advice?

I've tried calling them but keep getting promised calls back and told different things. So going to the store tonight...

Any advice on getting my money back?

Surely the salesperson can't just say whatever they like with no consequence because it's not in writing?
