DH Gate. Unable to request a refund

I received an item but it wasn't as described so I contacted the seller,who never responded. (they also deleted the listing for what I'd bought.

I left it for 10 day's then tried to contact their customer service department. I filled in the form to request a refund but when I finish and try to complete it, I get an error message. This happens every time.

I've tried multiple browsers, both on my desktop and phone and it's always the same. I tried the chat function which was painful - they were hopeless, it took an age and then they said it would be fine if I tried it again 24 hours later - nothing changed!

The first and only time I'll buy from them.
