Did anyone get one of the 10 inch aldi tablets?

I was tempted to get one of the £150 aldi tablets but this review has put me off

i've not read the link, but when it comes to tablets, stick to the best you can afford (i.e best brand). A lot of the cheaper ones are slow, touchscreens are not the most responsive.

i'll always say apple are by far the best for tablets imo - the android users will be along shortly to tell me i'm wrong etc. - but hey, it's my opinion. for £150 you could get something better i'm sure, i've just bought a HUDL2 for the little one for Christmas, that was only £130 and gets pretty good reviews

Can second the HUDL2, excellent tablet.

I took a punt on it, for £150 for a full HD 10 inch tablet I'm very impressed

Was reading about these - they're actually the same spec as a hudl2, with a better battery life by all accounts. Only thing people were complaining about was the lag when typing, if you go too quick it can miss letters etc...?

Agreed. I personally prefer Android on a smartphone but tablet wise I'm an iPad man, whilst I wouldn't necessarily say "by far the best" Android tablets are increasing in quality every few months.

I've got a 12.2" tablet, apple doesn't go that high up

Size isn't everything, it's what you do with it that counts! Also, Apple are heavily rumoured to be releasing a 'Pro' range next year around that size.
