Didnt print hermes label before dropping

Hi

We posted for the first time using the hermes parcel lockers and did a silly mistake (embarrassed). I gave the parcel to a friend and my mistake i didnt explain it so he just scanned the label and dropped it into locker.

The parcel has the delivery address but didn't print the label and didnt attach it to parcel. Just scanned and put the parcel in locker.

Is it necessary to put it on the parcel?
Will it arrive or what can happen?

Any contact number pls. Ive tried to contact on chat but couldn't talk to a human?
