Quick question - I got a Tesco partner code a few months back (it’s still valid) but I had been running down a 3months free I got with an Apple product.
I followed the instructions and cancelled my sub, logged out, logged back in - the only option I’ve got is “restart subscription” and it just restarts using my existing pay details, tried “changing payment details” but no option for codes… am I missing something?

I cancelled my sub but it still has time to run - suspect I’ll need to wait until that runs out and then renew with the code.
