Hey, been collecting the disney reward points in the blu rays, got pinocchio but the code was missing, e-mailed them and they replied with a fax number to send them my reciept as proof of purchase.
Been trying to fax them this morning but keep getting no answer message..
Has anyone had any probs with this or is there any other way of getting the proof to them

My immediate reaction is that it is a particularly important Friday during a prominent Christian holiday period.

There's a decent chance that a major American company may therefore not be open. Unless they actually replied this morning with the fax number?

A long shot, but it's always possible their phones are up the spout if they're in an area affected by the BT trouble this week.

Could be i suppose, never thought of that..

I've just got this too,
Dont have access to a fax machine, so useless to me.

I've sent them my receipt / despatch emails for all my missing codes,
heard nothing since last week,

today i sent them the screenshots from my orders as someone else has said they done this last Friday and they got the 300 missing points added to their account, yesterday i think.

I'd imagine it will be a holiday for them today and Monday so maybe try again on Tuesday.

It's becoming a joke the amount of people affected by this and their lack of response !!
Not good for their PR !!

What e-mail are you using to send them your screenshots m8,

so heres how far i've got with them,

I originally emailed them regarding the points last week, had a reply asking for proof of purchase, sent them that, finally got a reply yesterday and they had credited 300 points onto my account from 2 blu rays which were missing the codes,

i have 3 more blu rays and 2 dvd which were missing codes, but they have said they will no honour them due to them being bought before 22/3/2010, mine were bought on the 17th march 2010.

good luck with trying to get this sorted because there customer service is terrible, i for one have threatened to take the dvd's and blu rays back due to faults advertising.

If you now look on there website for the rewards they have changed the dates on the dvd's aswell stating they are only eligible from the 22nd march.

good luck

good you got your points added,
just unbelievable its taking so long for them to get back to everyone else.
only 2 people have confirmed they got their rewards through.

Suppose it's hopefull we will all get them eventually.

All of mine were ordered on or after 22.03, so they shouldnt have cause for complaint.

Hopefully they'll get their finger out and get something done for everyone soon.

I also got the standard email reply asking me to email them electronic copies of my receipts. I tried that but the emails just kept bouncing back undeliverable (apparently it is something to do with Yahoo email addresses). Anyway, I wrote a letter to the address they provided at the bottom of the email and enclosed copies of my order confirmations. I also put in the letter that then I ordered the blu-rays all of them were showing as eligible, nothing about from 22nd of March so if they try that excuse there will be trouble.

Just opened my Toy Story yesterday, and have just realised today that there's no code. Just a leaflet telling me how to redeem it....

How many points do you get for each film and what can you get? I'm wondering if it's worth bothering chasing it up or not...
