    Distance Selling Act

Quick question. Under the distance selling act, the buyer has the right to cancel the order within 7 days (by email, phone, letter). But what is the maxiumum time length is the buyer allowd to take to return the product

if the buyer request to return the product in early october, and did not return it until late november - (approx 7 weeks) that surely is not right.... is it?

I am pretty sure it is 14 days

I'd say a maximum of 30 days from receiving notification of cancellation would be a reasonable time period.

I though the max was 28 days. After that the buyer is deemed to have accepted the goods.
