Dixons 28 Day Delivery -- Just making me wait or genuine??

I have found a TV I'd like to buy from Dixons.com. After entering my post-code, the message pops up:

This item can be delivered to your home within 28 days. Click here to remove this item from your basket.

The item price is £1579.00 if that helps... I was wondering if this tends to mean that they'll debit you now and deliver in a month, or is this standard time for delivery of TVs etc? Of course I'd want it ASAP, and it is a lot cheaper than other sites / shops, however I don't want a "sorry out of stock at the moment" message and have to wait for ages, despite the good price..

    Cheers!

Generally means it ships direct from the manufacturer.

1500 isnt really much to Dixons so its genuine. I'm with alternate. Its probably from the MF.

I'd say you'll have it within 2 weeks.

It's better for them to overestimate the time for delivery rather than underestimate.
