Do iPhones automatically adjust for BST?

Does anyone know? I want to wake up for the F1 tomorrow morning but don't know what time to set my alarm!

6am BST

Yes, network time will auto change as long as you have set time automatically selected in Settings.

I'd still set the watch/bedside alarm if watching the F1 is important.

i have no concept of time other than it is flying.
