Do Tesco sims work in o2 locked phones?

I'm aware they use same network, but not sure is an o2 phone will accept Tesco sim?

Been looking on the googlez people mention things like "o2 is not double locked"......have no idea what that means.

If anyone has any experience or knowledge on this could you let me know.

In my experience, no. Still different networks although using the same communication masts.

From my expierence they do, i have a o2 LG which works Tesco and have had other o2 locked phones working on Tesco, so they do work.

Yeh went for the Radar mate, only £109. And coming from a Wildfire it's a BIG upgrade, no sluggishness. I know it's only windows software but I have the nexus for all things APPS. Had a play with the Lumia couple months back and was very smooth, was hoping HTC would be the same and I'm not dissapointed.

Defy looks a decent phone, perhaps coulda gone with that as I'm prone to knocking my pocket, Looks a bit more sturdy than the Radar

EDIT - biggest downside is having to use the Zune bloatware

Yes they do, i am using a tesco sim in a locked LG o2 handset.

It doesn't work the other way around though. Try an O2 sim in a Tesco phone.
