yes..an englishman's home is his castle

I would not be keen in causing trouble on my own doorstep; I would be worried about further repercussions.

Definitely. I'd even offer to sharpen it.

YES!!! Good God YES!!! I know which parts I'd be supporting as well... :-D

yes here too.

People were on her property who shouldn't of been. Stab the chavs

*because carrying an "offensive weapon", even in her own home, was illegal*

what a load of cobblers , last time i make a sandwich if it means i'm risking jail time

Yes!
The knife was probably just there in front of her, poor girl probably got a heck of a fright.

of course, she should have hud them imo

Yes Yes & Yes

yes your in your own home you should feel safe not threatened.

Yes 101 times.

no she should have waved the butcher's knife instead!

If she had waved her t*ts I'd have been even more impressed. Class!

a bird waving a knife in the air at kids getting their ball back.......wut?

whats she advertising/promoting this time?

yes deffo from me

"The TV presenter and Marks & Spencer model Myleene Klass has been warned by police for waving a knife at teenagers who were peering into a window of her house late at night."

Now that is just low - peeking into myleene's window

for a start I wouldn't believe a word that came out of this publicity seeking attention grabbing nonetities spokespersons mouth. Furthermore I do not believe for a second that she was home alone with her baby as any good celeb stalker like myself will know she doesn't care one jot about that kid and has pretty much handed it over to her mother to look after so she can present the latest drivel her agent can dredge up for her.

lastly the police further down the article have said there was no mention of any kind of weapon or warning. Thats good enough for me but it keeps her not unattractive face in the papers so job done.

So, I was right then

I think i would have reached for the phone first.
You can never 'decide' what you're going to do in these situations, instincts take over.

I'd forgive her anything...I'm very shallow where beautiful women are concerned.

lol just a bit. she annoys me just as much as that bovine pair bowman and cotton. they make my blood ache so if she did in fact grab a "knife" to ward off these "intruders" then I'd skip court, lock her up and leave her to see if she can "present" her way out of some butch female prisoners bottom bunk.

isn't that Klass? :-D

Yes but not if you read the Klassy OP

Yes do what you have to do

Yes, +1

No i dont.

Should have opened the window instead and shot the wee sh*tes

Yes. If they don't want to get hurt, don't come on my property.

unfortunately in the UK your home is no longer your castle, you are not allowed to hurt those that want to hurt you or steal from you unless you want to end up in court. We may as well in the UK just leave our doors open and let the criminals help themselves. Its a shame but unfortuantely we only have ourselves to blame for this, we vote the governments in and the people who make the decisions are just normal people like you and me. everybody is too afraid to stand up and say NO....fear of being persecuted and ridiculed.....policitcal madness and while i agree with certain human rights its gone too far aimed at protecting the criminal rather than the good citizens it was designed for......Oh and i see that the tories have now done a U-Turn on this...things will only get worse in the UK...there is nothing we can do about it.........Boy i feel depressed now...lol

The bottom paragraph states that no reference was made to a weapon by police. So I would say that the headline is sh1te & therefore the ops question & the whole thread is superfluous.
