Hi all,
Just a heads up. I was looking to spend my Amazon promo credit that I accrued when they had the £3 no-rush offer rather than £1. A lot of these vouchers had a 31st Jan expiry date so will run out today.
However, when I checked my balance, I noticed it was a lot lower than I expected. I then went back and reconciled all my orders where I accrued credit, and where I had spent it since the end of November, and found out I was at least £25 short in credit amount!! Cue stroppy note to Amazon
I may not be the only one affected, so please have a look at your balance, esp if you had a large amount in there

Yeah you're probably right. I'll be contesting it though as the email say by 31st January, not before
Amazon: I've checked and see that the promotional credit on your account is expired. It was supposed to be expired by the end of the day today. But due to the technical issue, it has expired early. We've already escalated this issue and our technical team is looking into this as many of our customers are affected.
In this case, I'll go ahead and add the promotional certificate on your account manually for use towards your next order.
They are refusing to re-instate mine
Try again, they reinstated mine after I emailed them through this page
edit: just checked - the 3quid stuff says expires 31st jan 2016 so you should have known?

Yes - the date yesterday was 31st January, so in fact we did know....
Ha! No problem. I'd be having a word with your council though if you're living on the forum!! Sure they could find you something better X)
