I train a couple nights a week and try to get out of the house for a jog but I seem to be doing less and less running as the weeks tick by! I need some more motivation I think. :lazy:

Yes I work out at least twice every year

Just gave up Karate, as I couldn't really be ar5ed with it, and neither could my kids. Probably walk 2-4 miles each day at work tho, so that's something.
May even go out on my MTB soon :w00t:

heck no...ive had 2 kids and a lot of damage was done during those pregnancies...add to that my inability to shut my mouth and hoover up food! haha.....:p actually a big prob..according to hubby is lack of protein i eat..which doesnt help in mobilising the carbs i eat...

1 sit up a day............. half getting out of bed............... the other half getting back in............

just kidding............ play football about 5 times a week.... 3 games of fives and 2 games at elevens.

congratulations for 18 months time:thumbsup: and when your new baby arrives

oh and lots of sex obvioulsy. cardiovascular as well as muscle toning- if your doing it right hehe

my mum is 45 and addicted to excersise, she has a gym in her garage, and cycles with my brother every weekend. they do the london-brighton everyyear too. imagine being addicted too excersise its just loonacy

well iv just walked up the stairs to the toilet:p and back down again:whistling:

Exercise for me varies from month to month, i get bored otherwise. Before i had my children i was a gym fanatic but found it hard to get motivated and when i did hire a personal trainer, i would concentrate on him more than my workout
I enjoy aerobics as there is no chance to be lazy and slack off as aerobics is high pace and you need to keep with it. Since going back to work the classes clash so have upped the walking although i have just set up a 'yummy mummies' class in work where a few of us go jogging after work. We don't finish until 11pm but i find it a good way of winding down and letting out any frustrations before i go home to see hubby and settle down for the night.

Perhaps we can all learn a few tips from this thread
