Does anybody know how to get bleach stains out of plastic?

My hamster died last week :'( so I decided to take his cage apart for a proper clean, before I decide whether to sell it or keep it.

I used bleach a few parts that had been especially dirty, despite being cleaned out weekly. Only problem is now there are some whiteish stains on it, now the look isn't really my worry as they are on the base of the see through part so would be hidden by the wood shavings.
My worry is for the next animal that goes in there, in case he scratches away at it or bites it or whatever.

So does anybody have any suggestions?

    Cheers

I did think that at first,
    But it scratches off,

Guess that could be scratching the burn off though......
