Does anybody know the site where you can check a company's background?

I want see if the site lists Talk Home calling cards.
A guy whos working at my office has come over here from Africa. He's bought a Talk Home calling card in order for him to call home.
He originally had about 250mins on it and he's only used around 100mins. The card has now stopped working!

Tried calling customer services. Rang them yesterday and today, it goes to voicemail saying that no one is available and to call back during working hours which are between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
I rang yesterday at 2pm and rang today at 2:30pm!

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for that, appreciate it.

try googling companies house, you can hen type in the company you want to investigate it gives you all the info on any company

What to do is type "company name" on google followed by "reviews"

Or just type the "company name" in.

yeah just a bit more info on those calling cards.. most cards have a daily maintainence charge of 10p per day. This is activated the day you make your first call. Which means the card company deducts 10p per day from your account to keep your"account" active.. total rip off!!! Also everytime you connect a call, they charge an activation fee of around5p-15p. So realistically you would get only about 100mins in a 250mins card. You would however get around 230-245mins if you were to talk continously in one sitting, not using a payphone. A payphone 0800 access charge of 15p is also applied.

Tell him next time he buys a card to check for one that doesnt charge daily maintainence charge. Unitel is the only one that I know of, that doesnt. Good card, and lasts ages and is run by Lycatel!!

You need an account for that I think, we used to use it at United Utilities

I think they seem to be based in London the company is called link phone cards and they are responsible for talk home home phone card and their website is linkphonecards.co.uk/tal…tml they also seem to have listed their number. Try contacting them to answer problems about your talk home phone card.
