    Does anyone know of a good site for Homemade beef burger Reciepe

    I have had the brain storm of making my own Beef Burgers for the BBQ tonight... Does anyone have any good reciepes that I can try ?

    beef, ground black pepper, paprika, tiny bit of red wine, plenty of salt.

    classic student munchburger. nothing fancy :thumbsup:

    good quality mince 4oz
    finely chopped onion 2oz
    garlic puree1/2 oz
    salt n pepper - to taste
    egg - to bind

    Makes 1 good size burger
    combine all above and mold into shape, some chilli flakes are a nice addition if you like em spicy

    Yum Yum... now I don't know which ones to do :?

    1lb mince
    1 onion
    handful fresh breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    1 garlic clove crushed

    Mix together, makes 4 - 6 burgers

    That should keep you busy hope you enjoy your BBQ

    Ingredients

    * 1 lb Netto mince
    * 1 onion, minced
    * 1 tablespoon ketchup
    * 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato, cut thinly
    * 1/4 cup garlic, chopped
    * 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    * 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    * 1/2 teaspoon honey mustard

    Type in "beef Burgers" Skusey and it comes up with " Sesame Seed Buns ":?

    i never bother with onions in em as you usually fry some up anyway but a teaspoon of yeast extract well mixed in with the 1lb of mince and an egg to bind goes very nice, tabasco too if the mrs isn't eating em..

    Interesting.. i wil remember for next time as already made them but not cooked em yet :thumbsup:
