I have recently heard about a cashback site called Complete Savings. It costs £15 a month but you get 10% cashback on most retailers, which is significantly more than TCB or Quidco offer. What I find most interesting is that according to a HUKD member, the £15 a month is refunded if you make at least one purchase each month. I would need solid confirmation of this before I consider signing up though.

Ahhhh, Ill have to revisit that then as I didn't think I could justify enoug purchased tl make that money back
There seems to be conflicting info between here and the site, indeed even in here.
Site reads, £5 welcome bonus, free month and £5 per month when you spend on their retailers not the monthly member fee is refunded.
Can anyone offer any further clarity? £10 a month fee seems a little much, especially if they only authorise their own retailers.
That's exactly what I got when I signed up, the cashback plus £10(1 welcome and 1 purchase), but obviously the next month there would be no welcome bonus so wasn't sure if I'd make the £10 back each month and then cashback on top of that.
When approached by myself the company employees were very courteous investigated and refunded all monthly fees paid frankly I was gobsmacked and vouch for the companies ethics.
On the homepage, click here:

And complete this form:
When I submit email purchased I just Print(pdf) the email and upload that and it's always been accepted.
If I get a receipt/invoice sent to my emails then I just download that and send it over.
Cheers thanks for response!
No sorry unless the one4all covers it
Nope, use TCB or Quidco.
You get £5 each month with any small purchase, so you don't get the full £15 if I remember correctly.
First month you get an extra £5 back as a new axcoint
Do you get that with a single transaction as when I was signed up in sure it was only £5 a month
Yes a single transaction of any amount, not only £5.
And yep definitely the same site, I signed up directly with them
Yes
Hi there, did they accept the in store receipt as well? Was wondering how to justify making a constant monthly purchase to claim back the monthly rewards.
Ooops I stand corrected as someone said you can, personally have never done it... (edited)
I’ve called them a few times, as far as I know it’s an 0800 no, they’ve resolved my queries quickly and have never had an issue, luckily for me I get £15 reward so the account is actually free to run, and I think I only forgot once in 2+ years to claim, all in all I’m very happy with it, but yeah read the t&c before signing up
however reading through the comments in this thread, i may have another look.
update - so just went back on their site and i couldn't find any information on how the site works, the list of retailers that are eligible for cashback, the membership fee, the monthly bonus.... then i saw FAQ right at the bottom of the site, and it seems you have to read through that to get to the information you need. after reading a few Q&A, i wasn't that much clearer about the site and i soon got bored. so that's me out (edited)
That's literally what I said.
Have you got any receipt cashbacks cancelled? Do they accept cashback from older purchases?
The receipt has to same month your claiming for.
Have you waited 30days? It does sometimes take longer, and they have gone slow in processing. Check your account to see the dates.
If you joined via Trainline you can use an online purchase with any listed retailer for the Monthly Bonus, without needing more 55p tickets. This should be confirmed by looking up the retailer on Complete Savings.
