Seems a bit rubbish to me.
Why would anyone bother dealing with all the Zeek crap when you're only saving £1 in every £50?
I'm not getting it.

Depends where you shop 2% is still a better discount than none at all

I use it but recently the percentages have reduced significantly. There are still occasional good offers though, especially on the physical gift cards and Zeek occasionally add bonus credit to my account. One main benefit of Zeek though is that you can buy a giftcard for less and then get cashback through Quidco etc. as well so basically a double saving. Beware of the recent Quidco £10 bonus options though. With retailers such as Argos they have become wise to this and no longer offer bonus cashback where a giftcard has been used. For larger discounts I tend to use Perkbox but your employer needs to be signed up for it.

Yeah, but it'll only be £1-£2 less.
Quidco would still apply if you didn't use Zeek for a gift card.

I used them just before Xmas, as they were doing a cashback deal where every £100 spent with them, you got back £10 in credit. I was about to spend £200 at John Lewis anyway, so earned £20 back buying vouchers from them. The actual vouchers were only a couple of quid saving.

Had a few issues with vouchers not being sent properly, but they do seem to have a decent CS, and it all got sorted in a timely fashion.

Doubt I will use them again, tho. Although Zalando vouchers seem to get 10+% off.

Just to clarify... you can use Quidco/TCB + a Zeek giftcard together and benefit from a double saving but sometimes cashback isn't paid when a giftcard is used so always read the T&Cs.

Zeek has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Very low discounts for the shops where I spend money. I get better discounts through Corporate Perks with whom my employer has signed up.

I use them as much as I can - the discounts do seem to vary I guess with demand, but regularly get 10% off John Lewis, and we spend £150 a week in Tesco so the 3% saving there is not insignificant (and would anyone argue otherwise really?)

Bought some iTunes credit the other day and it got used immediately with 8% saving, easiest £8 I have made in a while

so sure, some retailers are lower % saving but loads are 5% or more (boots 6% last time I bought any - compared to advantage card no difficult choices there!) and plenty are enormous (30% at figleaves for heaven's sake, stacked with sales made me very popular husband!)

It's great for stacking discounts! For example when the MSE10 code was in use I got a £50 gift card for Joules for £34, then 10% off sale at Joules, all in all £139 raincoat reduced to around £20 (definitely overpriced at £139 but very good quality). Obviously not always applicable and many are crap, but I think it's worth checking when you intend to buy something anyway.
