Does ASDA allow blue light discount on video game consoles?

ASDA offer 10% off in store purchases with BLC, but I'm not sure whether this includes games consoles.

Their T&Cs suggest that they're not exempt, but I wanted to ask if anyone can confirm through experience.

I can't see why it wouldn't be, I work for them but not on tills so not my specialty. I'd assume it's just like our staff discount and on everything apart from tabs and lottery tickets

Discount is valid in-store only.

A valid Blue Light Card ID must be presented to claim the discount.
The Blue Light Card member must be present in person for the transaction to claim the discount. It cannot be passed to a friend or family member or any other person.
Blue Light card holders need to provide Proof of ID which will be verified at checkout (example; bank card, driving licence, passport etc) to validate they are the Blue Light card holder
Cannot be claimed retrospectively.
The Blue Light Card discount cannot be used in conjunction with an Asda Colleague Discount Card, or Asda Friends & Family Discount.

Terms and conditions would seem to suggest discount is valid in-store only on games and hardware unless anyone knows any different?
