Does VOXI Endless Data use data for Disney Plus?

I know these aren't included in the plan but has anyone watched BBC IPLAYER or Disney Plus with their Voxi Endless Video pass, and not used any data? thanks.

    My voxi sim uses 0 data on anything for the last year
