Domino's Pizza late delivery policy? (1 hour late = next pizza free, 1 hr 30 mins = free pizza & next pizza free apparently)

I was wondering if anyone knew what the general policy was for late deliveries with Domino's Pizza?
I would contact my local store if they answered the phone...but they aren't picking up the call and it's just ringing through, so miscers let me know your experiences and knowledge please.
