Dorothy Perkins - Awful Customer Service!

Just been in to Dorothy Perkins to refund an item of clothing my pregnant friend bought for me. Item was unworn with tags and reciept. The woman refused refund staying my 8 and a half month friend would need to travel back the the store to get a refund in the card she paid with. I explained that myfriend was fit to pop and had enough on her plate without asking her to go back to the store so asked her to either put the money back on to my friends card with the details she had in the system, put it on my card, give me the cash or even if all the above wasn't possible to give me a voucher. The store assisntant was unbelievably rude and unsympathetic and refused. I know stores have policies like this I've worked in stores like this but they were always flexible and staff used common sense.
