    PROBLEM 2
A few months ago there was a deal on here for Travelodge rooms and i thought ahead and booked 3 rooms for October in Bournemouth as i am gonna go there for the w/e for my birthday.
It's a new hotel and was still being built when i booked but the completion date was obviously BEFORE my booking.
Anyway, i just received this e-mail.
    What should i do?

Problem one I wouldn't worry about too much... if you have been ripped off, as long as you paid through Paypal (via eBay) you'll get a full refund.

Problem two... either change to another hotel, or get a full refund

Problem1 - i am a bit worried as that is my sons bday present (altho i do have others, but thats what he wants the most).

Problem 2 - I have other friends going that are staying in the hotel near to the 1 i'd booked and now we'll all be apart.
Is it wrong to expect something else for the inconvenience from travelodge if they move me to their other hotel (which is not near this 1)?

Fair enough then about problem one. When is your son's b'day (as it might take a few weeks for your Paypal refund).

Problem two - don't see what else they'll offer tbh above and beyond the full refund.
