Basically, I hope someone can remember this for me; I want the Wetherspoons recipe for "their" version of Long Island Ice Tea. They haven't done it quite a few years now. Fingers crossed that someone out there can help me out.
Also if you've got any decent little homemade brews that you would like to share, feel free!

have a look here & scroll down, hope its of some help.

I used to work there some considerable time ago - was that the drink you could have hot or cold? The hot one came out of a huge urn?

It was a cold drink, I used to drink it by the pitcher. At about £8 it was good value. I know there was Smirnoff Ice in it. For definite.

Add the Smirnoff Ice, followed by the Gordon’s Gin, Havana Rum and Cointreau. Top up with lemonade and cola in equal quantities then mix well. Garnish with 3 wedges of lime.

Yeah, I checked that once I got to a PC rather than my iPhone. I remember sampling these delights in one mega session a few years back. Thanks again.
