Driving Lesson Bundles

Hi.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a company, preferably in the Cheshire area, that does the weekend/weekday type driving lessons. You know where you turn up in morning, and spend hours in car oer a couple of days and hopefully pass your test within a few days? Or do these not exist anymore?

Thats it...couldnt think of the word, lol. Thanks!

or crash course

Red are doing 20% off on blocks of 10 lessons atm as i am looking for the same thing, and also you can do intencive courses over a week

Intensive courses are not a great idea IMO - you simply learn to pass a test with them, you don't learn how to drive.

Id try and tell anyone to go with a independent company or better still an individual self employed person. Give money to someone who deserves it more, and usually push more to get pass rates oppossed to just taking your money and keep you on for ages.
Now obviously im not stating all companies do this, nor in all regions, and of course some independents could do it to you too.

But im just stating from my personal experience, my first instructor was BSM the guy seemed nice etc, but always doubted me and got me to go over things and thus making it a lengthy and costly process.
Then i got an independent SE instructor and was passed within a few weeks, he pushed me, built up my confidence, not put it down, and even taught me how you actually have to drive as well as how you are 'meant' to drive, which of course doesnt work with half the idiots on the road.

I think it depends on the person, for example i think i would have fitted an intensive well as i had already driven before hand :whistling::oops: and off road. But for many people they are a bad idea, as they have a certificate and have been on the road a week, then when theyre on their own the problems show!
