Dropped hair clippers now noisy

I’ve had these Wahl clippers for a few years now but I recently dropped them in the sink whilst they were turned on, I grabbed the cord but they still made impact in the sink head on and they are now very noisy since it happened.

Does anybody know if it could be an easy fix? I’ve never actually open them up before but I know it’s possible and I’d rather not throw them away as I really like them and I don’t think they make them anymore.
