Hiya would appreciate some help finding a hotel that meets the following criteria. Have looked online for ages and can't figure out what is actually decent

Close to a beach
close to Dubai Mall
Easy to get to the kid's museums and like Oli Oli and Childrens City

    Dubai Marina, close to the beach and easily accessible to the dubai metro which takes you to both malls and kids museums
