I brought one of the duvets that were posted on here last week (cant find the thread) and all was well I recieved a letter saying that nmy goods were on their way and that they would be with me by the 22nd FEB.Then I recieved another letter saying that the £14.40 had been credited back to my bank account. The letter didnt say that the duvet was out of stock or anything just that I was getting my money back. When I went back on the Debenhams website and tried to re-order the duvet they were in stock for the higher price. Strange.I know a lot of people responded to the original thread and I wondered if anyone else had the same problem????

Debenhams really do need to get a grip on this situation or they will be losing a lot of customers, me included!!!

I wonder if it was because we were getting them too cheaply???? I remember a while back that people were putting the codes in and still getting charged the original price.
I was looking forward to my cosy new duvet aswell!!! Rep added!!!

OH shame! Just wanted to know if it was cosy or not!!:cry:

I have had separate letters for the duvet and the pillows saying that they will be delivered straight from the supplier by the 23rd Feb. So, nothing yet but I have my fingers crossed.:roll:

I got the letter yesterday and delivery was supposed to be by today. I am so hacked off!!!

Please do!! Would be quite interested to know!!! If you get it I might try ordering again and sending to another address!!!:thumbsup:

Nothing to report. No duvet, no pillows, no communications.

sadly this is fairly standard for outstanding offers from Debenhams. There are masses of members from HUKD who have had similar experiences :-(
