Anyone had any problems with E2save.com? I ordered a refurbished V3 from them on an orange 12 month contract. When it arrived, the handset was pretty battered and dirty and there was a fault with the phone's speaker. I've since returned it (well within the 7day returns period I might add) and the only confirmation I've had that it's been received is when I log into the customer service area on the website. In addition, I've received 2 letters from Orange informing me that the direct debit I set up is still going to go through. I've spoken to Orange who have said my account is still live.

When I've tried to phone E2save there has been no answer. When I've tried to submit details of my problem by email, I click submit and nothing happens.

Is it just me?
