    e2save cashback problems - any comments?

    The usual problems with them lately (they 'forgot' to make the automatic payment, and then pretended not to have received a claim).

    I hear they've also been delaying cashback cheques for some reason (!)

    How are other people getting on with them these days?

    I had a similar problem with another provider. They said that if I wanted the cashback (which was the basis on the contract being taken) then I'd have to wait up to 12 weeks, but if I wanted high street vouchers for Argos then they would send them straight away!!! These agent companies always drag their heels with these things.

    I told them that should they fail to send me my cashback within 14 days then I would view it as breach of contract and (a) cancel my direct debit and that I would resume paying my tariff when they were up to date with providing my cashback. (b) complain to the trading standards body.

    Within the 14 days they had paid me my cashback, I also took the last cashback as vouchers as it was nearing the end of my contract then I complained to the network provider and told them where to go due to the treatment that I got from one of their agents.

    I went to another network and made sure that I took an already discounted monthly tariff as opposed to any cashback. Never had any issues with that in the last 2 years.

    Good luck with your issue, I hope you get it resolved quickly. I know how p'd off and frustrating it is dealing with these things.

    Just noticed this thread. I'm having huge problems trying to get cashback back from these people. They have supposedly sent me 3 cheques but I have only ever received 1. Trying to get the other 2 sent through but not sure how to go about it. Any advice?

    You've noticed a 6 year old thread....

    2 accounts active at moment, no issues with tracking or pay out.
    Go in to your account
    Click my cash back
    And there is a "did not receive cheque" option , along side ones paid out.
    Just click that

    Check your address is correct also

    Done that with most recent bill but one was from back in july 2015 so the button is no longer there. Didn't check at time as just saw that it was accepted so thought it would simply come through no problem.

    WORST company ever!! Does anyone ever get anything back from these fraudsters/thieves? I didn't even get an order reference number and after ages on the phone to 'customer services' HaHa ! i was told that i must have ordered directly from Vodafone (which I didn't - used their webpage) so they have no record of me. "sorry about that" was all I got. By the way, if anyone does need to call them DON'T use the 0871 number - 50p a minute; call them on 020 8896 5000 and select e2save option. This is the Carphone Warehouse number - I should've nothing good would come of it- another bunch of crooks!! DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THIS LOT SAY

    7 long years, I see, since I started this thread - and people are still having problems with them.

    In those 7 years I've had no dealings at all with CPW, or e2save, or any of the other CPW outfits. Switching to Three SIM-only deals at £10pm for unlimited minutes/texts and 4GB data has saved an awful lot of time in not having to deal with CPW, e2save etc, and has probably worked out cheaper too.
