e2save - one miss, lose all future cashbacks?

Hi,

I have read many times about the mobile outlet, phonebox, coolnewmobile deals that if you miss one claim, then you forfeit all future claims and they will close your cashback file.

Is it the same with e2save, Onestop and Mobileshop or will they still pay future claims? Has anyone had any experience of missing one claim but then getting paid the next time?

I also notice e2save have now changed the airtime bills to 6,8,10 and 12th (not 4,8,12) and the address in Dunstable.

E2Save for me use to be one of the more trusted companies but even they are now starting to make it difficult for cashbacks.It is just not worth taking the risk anymore with so many companies failing claims for the most simple reasons.:-(

can u link to where they have changed the month bills for sending back?

on my account still stays 4th 8th 12th?!?!!

Lol, can be scary this site can't it? I think before you send off, what you *think* is the right bill and is the right bill according to your e2save account, i'd (and i am gonna) ring up, and ask them. Best to be wrong before the event, plan ahead and all that, cos that way you have some time to sort it.

For the record, i am sure e2save allow copies/photocopies/computer print-outs, it's one of the reasons i took a gamble on a cashback deal, coupled with they had the best feedback on here of the lot, which isn't say that much really :geek: .

EDIT if you go ]HERE, there is a comment that says, i could not claim due to unforeseen circumstances. Click on that, and it mentions making changes for future arrangements, which kinda implies, if you do miss one, they will still let you make claims for the other claims

I could not claim due to unforeseen circumstances.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we must receive your claim within 30 days from the date stated on your monthly bill.

We cannot accept liability for any late or lost claims due to circumstances that are not within our control.

We ask that you make alternative arrangements for any future claims should there be an opportunity for these circumstances to arise again.



I think they mean that if you can’t claim the next cashback on time then if you notify them then they will make other arrangements so that you can claim at a later date.


Does not mention you won’t get any future cashback’s so I guess should be okay to still keep claimimg future cashback’s
