Hi, bought S22 for wife,and applied for earbuds on promotion,never received them and after contacting them never got reply.
Anybody else have a similar problem and have I still got a chance of receiving them..
Don't really know what to do now.

    Was your claim successful? You usually get a claim number and link for tracking? I had no issue with cashback claims for my S22 or tablet
