Earphones in the region of £20 to £30

I know there's some headphone experts on here, so just want a little advice.

Priority would be well-made then decent battery life. I'm mainly listening to podcasts, so audio doesn't have to be crystal clear.

Other preferable features are volume control and mic for calls.

Not fussed about USB connection.
