When you click on it where does the listing take you,to a listing for a keyboard or a processor?

also when i click on the pic, there is a green highlighted banner saying "you bought this item"

Look at the payments on your PayPal. Did you buy it? Can't see how they would get your address if you never bought it?

they charged me £9.99 for the keyboard, i checked my pay pal, so they got my address from the keyboard transaction

They could have possibly changed the listing from the keyboard to the processor if it was a BIN listing with multiple items on it.

I don't know why they would do that instead of creating a new listing but it's possible and that's why you would see the processor instead.

Other than that I've no idea lol

This probably makes the most sense. Ive seen other sellers do this in the past.

You should still be getting the keyboard unless they make a mistake and send you the processor.X)

Was the listing a BIN listing with multiple items on it and if so you should be able to go directly to the listing and click on the sold items and it should show yours as a keyboard.

Keyboard for sure. They have just changed the listing details obviously.

It will still show that they sold you the keyboard under their 'Sold' information.

it might be a multiple item listing and once u bought the last item in your category u will only see what's left but accurate item should show on ur order history. there is very little chance u will get something u didn't buy but once I received an old people lounge lamp size of 7 feet from city link with my name and address on the package when googled it it was only sold by manufacturer and was about £400. I called the manager n they thanked me a lot and got it collected city link must have had my label from sometime ago who somehow mixed it with that pack

Yes the reason for this is: once a listing sells alot of items, it is more prominently displayed higher up in eBay search results.
Rather than losing that benefit (once the item is running low or selling out)
The sellers then change the item description to another item they sell, rather than lose the listings prominence and ending it.

I've changed a listing before like that to something else but I've never thought about it in the way that it's quite clever of perhaps a high volume seller to do that to keep the higher rankings.

Although I don't think the more you sell of something the higher up it should be as that's why a fair few sellers have their listings private and they "buy" the item themselves to bump it up.
