Me too...something doesn't seem right.....:?

Tell him you want to come and collect and see what excuse he comes up with then, usually a good way of telling.

thats what im thinking so i asked that question and i got this responce

O that yes.
That was my Christmas present that i finally got around to selling.
This is my one I got for my birthday from my step-mum.

sounds dodgy i think i may give it a miss

No offence but you should of checked feedback before purchasing.

You are technically "committed to buy" now, although with that feedback i wouldn't!

Definately don't go through with it, you're better off with a neg than being a few hundred quid lighter.

And if he is telling the truth then that's one dumb family that keep buying him the same presents he doesn't want. :-D

i know i should buy it was one of those ill just have a quick check on ebay to see what the prices are like and I saw a good deal.

Can you collect the item?

He may be genuine (very very slim chance! but i'm wondering if there are nicked as he has sold (or tried to) sell 2 xbox before, Same games etc.

You should always check feedback before buying and check to see exactly what they've sold and for how much, Then you know how much money they can be trusted with.

yes i know I should know better i have been using ebay for 8 years (under a different username)

8 years and you jumped in and bought something?

So you've probably experienced buyers not paying for stuff and having to sort out all the ebay fee's?

Even if this seller wasn't genuine (Which he doesn't look he was, Even if he was trying to rip people off then he'd have probably started a new account?)

It doesn't make sense from either view to me.

I would NOT continue with this transaction. You have NO paypal protection and only £105 worth of ebay protection..
He sold this or one very similar on the 3/04/2007 ]160100567243
Even pick up could be 'dodgy'.

Well his two feedbacks have both been received fairly recently. I never do high value transactions with people of low feedback- I'd avoid if I were you, it's a lot of money to risk if it is a scam

Your feedback is terrible mshtel

You too sound like you'd get on like a house on fire.

Actually its just twigged are you the xbox 360 seller?

yeah, you are a bad ebayer lol.

Yeah, if I were you, I wouldn't complete the transaction. I feel that someone will get scr**ed. Either you or the seller, lol

Excuse my sarcasm, please...

This just doesn't make any sense one bit, Posting here with feedback like that has just lost any respect.

You can't go scamming other people and thinking its ok.

oh dear!

i dont get how a seller can get sooo many negative feedback yet ebay still allow them to trade, its not fair
