    Ebay charge back

    What am i ment to do just had someone charge back for 2 of the fifa 17 codes i sent and they got a refund instantly?

    pull their details via ebay then go kneecap them or stop using ebay

    why did you not just list them on here?

    they live in leeds and that might not even be there real address as well and i didn't think you could list digital codes on here?

    Just remember that you can't sell any more than two here - the site isn't intended for profiteering or trader-like behaviour.

    As for your eBay listings, you have very limited protection when selling digital redemption codes over eBay, so you're unlikely to be able to recover that money.

    Never email codes or else this happens. I just sold two on eBay but refused to email them, instead I posted them recorded delivery.

    Most likely not, you may be covered under seller protection through paypal but its always in the buyers favour. You take a risk selling on eBay, hotukdeals anywhere unless its cash in hand

    Your best price is to say you bought a new console and the codes were already used rather than give the full story. I wouldn't normally suggest this but if they can then ban the other users Xbox gamertag then result!

    Don't know, not experienced it myself. I am not foolish enough to sell a code on eBay anymore since someone did the same with me several years back.

    I think it happens quite often, happened to me twice on eBay with psplus codes and because of that I don't use PayPal at all now and because of that I can no longer use eBay too. I prefer the simple life now and reflect on the mistakes made, it's a loss you have to accept.

    Also be careful as ebay usually charge £14 for dealing with chargebacks (refunding customers money)

    There is no seller protection for digital content on eBay or via Paypal. Regardless of sending a secondary item (printed) code in the post, if your item is listed as a code you will lose.
