    Ebay feedback

    Can anyone help with Ebay feedback problem. Buyer didn't checkout due postage now to much. Opened dispute which closed with no reply
    Buyer has left negative feedback which Ebay won't remove. Yet it is strange that no negative feedback can be left against buyer for not completing transaction! Is there any other way to get this neg. feedback removed?

    That seems a bit unfair, they were at fault for non payment and you get neg feedback ! ..........not right, i am sure if you chase it up they will correct it ! Ebay's gone barmy imo !

    I doubt if eBay will bother doing anything. I had a negative feedback which was there until a year was up, then it disappeared.

    Ebay won't remove it. I had a similar situation with a buyer who bought something, changed their mind when they received it and sent it back to me. I refunded the buyer's money (all but the postage costs for me to post it to them in the first place); we cancelled the transaction via the ebay cancel transaction channel, and then the buyer left me neg feedback anyway; which despite 30+ emails and telephone calls to ebay, they STILL wouldn't remove! Bottom line is - the buyer can do WTF they want and ebay don't care as long as their making their money!! :-S Grrr! Rant over, sorry!!!

    Thats different to this case, in this case the buyer never paid so ebay will remove it.

    Yes ask ebay to remove it if they were issued with a npb strike.

    Great it worked Ebay at last have removed the negative feeback. Thanks for the info....
