    Can anyone tell me what the ebay fees are on a £250 item cheers

    Depends what item it is and whether you're a private seller or not,

    If you go to Ebay's help section and type in fees,it will give you the complete breakdown there.

    And also whether it is an auction or buy it now,

    dont forget if you accept paypal you have to pay paypal fees to

    When you write up your description it will tell you at the end what the fees will be.

    prob £25 (usually 10%) but depends what your selling, then you'll have paypal and listing fees too

    why i was asking someone had an item for sale on ebay which he sold he now has another and i was wondering if i bought it but not thru ebay how much it would save him on ebay fees etc the item was £250
