Try to send it Recorded Delivery to his confirmed address. This has happened to me too, but I had no problems sending to to another address. Just email him to say you will only send to his address if you are concerned.

i would def not send it,i had this problem a few months ago and it was a scammer he sent me emails that looked like they came from paypal and ebay and they were all fake,he even sent me 1 that said i was banned from ebay for not sending it,be careful

The OP said the first address is unconfirmed, so there would be no point in sending it recorded!!! If a paypal claim was started he/she would lose anyway! I think the OP needs help regarding wether he/she should proceed with the transaction or not...

First, how much is the item? is it a phone, laptop, electrical item? Or something low risk.

I have done this loads of times, not everyone is a scammer, is it an expensive item?

Banned

refund and request he confirms his address. You are not covered by paypal / ebay if you post to an unconfirmed address. Ebay is a joke where they insist sellers have to accept paypal but then allow unconfirmed paypal members to bid away and scam people and then wash their hands of any dispute!.

agreed , refund the money

ok its quite simple if the value of your item is expensive i wouldnt send it(i wouldnt send notthing expensive to an unconfirmed address) at the maximum i would send to an unconfirmed address is £30 because if the buyer turns out to be a scammer and sent him a £200 phone, paypall would get £200 back from my accouny now if it was £30 it wouldnt hurt my pocket as it would be for £200

hope my question helps
