We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended for a period of no less than 7 days for breaching eBay's Trademark Violation - Unauthorised Item policy.

It has been 11 days now and still when i log in it says your account is blocked , I was wondering if anyone else had a suspension like mine before and how long did it take as i have orders etc to sort out.

just being curious what was the item, and the best thing is just use your email and send one to ebay asking whats up

"no less than" = you have to ask to be reinstated. They will ask you to fax a form in with some ID and say "pretty please, let me in again, I've been a naughty boy but I won't do it again" or words to that effect.

You have to apply to have it lifted and send them all kinds of info and for the reason they gave you you will need to show invoices of items to verify they are genuine

How do i go about applying to have it lifted?

Try ringing them on 02080802105

To get banned for 7 days then surely this not the 1st time you been warned?
I know myself I had a few warnings, last time some company in American reported my listings for JML bras ( you know JML products in Robert Days etc ) they said it was a replica of their bra,I selling fake goods and so on,when I wasn't even mentioning their brand name I never even heard of them, something to do with that VeRo programme they got going on eBay.
If you persistenly getting items knocked off and they told you more than a few times this be why you been suspended for 7 days.
Just email them and say you very sorry ( lick ... ) and you didn't know it was against their policy etc etc...
Even if you think you done nowt wrong its no good explaining to eBay,they hard people to to get through to,there no good giving an explanation as you might aswell talk to a brick wall.

All the info on how to list the suspension is on the original email they sent you

if its anything to do with pay pal via ebay i wish you luck. i havent had a suspension but someone made a dispute on me for an item he said was broke and it wasnt, and paypal froze my account for 2 months until it was all sorted! be prepared for sending about 5 emails too to their contact centre before you eventually get a reply a week later! :x

Did you have loads of feedback? If not it sounds like it might be easier just to start a new account!!!!!

I never been suspended,I just had warnings over stuff selling that they not like mainly to do with veRo programme or whatever.
If you get enough warnings and persistly do it you get suspension.
For what I got warnings over I didn't consider it warranted it anyway.

I'm fed up off eBay and their stupid rules for this and that,I don't bother with it as much as I used to.
